What we collect
To run your Booxiwi workspace we store the account information you provide (name, email), business details (services, staff, hours), and the customer and appointment records you create while using the platform. If you connect Telegram notifications, we store the identifiers needed to deliver those messages.
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate the product: authenticating you, showing your schedule, and sending the notifications you've enabled. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
Data isolation
Booxiwi is multi-tenant: every business's data is scoped to that business and is not visible to other businesses on the platform.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. admin@booxiwi.com
Changes
As an early-stage product still building out formal data-processing infrastructure, this policy will evolve. We'll update the date above whenever it changes.
